Sorry about your luck...been there. I'm assuming that you have a single point ground. Ensure that you have a good ground path including the chassis. I experience something similar and discovered that the connection to ground opened due to a bad connection. Also measure your input jacks to ground and make sure your isolation washers haven't deformed or misaligned. If you have one good monoblock...you will surely get the other to behave...you will get it..
