It looks similar to an amp I built quite a few years ago.
27/56 > Tango IT for phase inversion > PP 6BX7 directly-coupled to PP 300Bs. I used a center-tapped choke to load the 'BX7 plates.
It worked quite well, 'tho I was probably only getting 15 Watts out of it.
