While I've never used the 3C24 as an output tube, I've used them many times as input/driver tubes...and, my experience is that they sound much better with a B+ of 400 vdc or more.

So, if it were me, I'd recommend something like 425 v @ 50 mA [+30 v bias] into a load of approx 9k.

Edit: it is certainly possible that the sound of an A1 input stage will bear no resemblance to that of an A2 output stage...still, my inclination would be to go with the higher B+.
