This is another balanced RIAA stage using a JFET cascode... I believe
the Morgan Jones variant uses a grounded grid 5842.

FYI this is super high bandwidth stuff... Layout and chassis design is
key. As is shielded phono cables. :) Otherwise you will be broadcasting
UHF ; be careful, the Martians might be listening!
