First off, I'd caution you that just because Vitamin Qs sound great in an amp, it does not necessarily follow that they'll sound as good in small signal applications.I like the sound of vintage carbon comps in just about all series applications, so I'd use them in R2, R5 and R8 [small wattage - R2 and R8 do not need to be precise values...in fact, I'd start with about 100 ohms and increase the value of the grid stoppers only as needed].
My personal choice for R6 would be a custom-wound Vishay S102 [about $13 each from Asylum sponsor Michael Percy - lead time of about 1 month]. Sorry, but I have no experience with the Caddocks.
For C1 and C2, I'd recommend either MultiCap polystyrenes or V-Cap teflons...the Russian teflons will also work fine, if you can find the value you need. Of course, all RIAA values are critical, so you'll need work to get values as accurate as possible.
The other components are less important; use what you ears like. I personally like the Riken and Mills resistors a lot.
