IPC AM1026 capacitor values and purpose (pic/schematic)

Greetings- In the process of restoring a pair of IPC AM 1026 (PP 807) theatre amplifiers (replacing leaky capacitors), I ran into a pair of 200mmf (C13 and C14) molded mica capacitors, and I'm not sure of their purpose or importance. If you can't read the schematic, each 200mmf cap is connected to each cathode (pins#5 and#6) of the 6sn7 (V3), which is then connected to pin#3 (grid#1)and pin #4 (cathode and grid #3) of each 807 (v4 and V5).Questions- What purpose are these particular capacitors providing, and as they are the old style "domino" looking molded micas, what would be a suitable replacement in that value (siver mica? or polystyrene?). Also, should I keep the 200 mmf value the same? Thanks very much for your help, regards, Paul
