RE: Difference between series fed and parafed pp

Hi. I use a PP parallel feed in my line-stage (Dave Davenport's own excellent active stage kit) and series feed in my power amps. The amps are differential PP with active constant current sinks forming the "tails" (common cathode to ground conection). With the series feed option one needs to use gapped transformers. While expensive, the Lundahl amorphous trannies are excellent and very transparent. My ears can testify to the fact that either option can yield exceptional results.
