Greetings- When I killed my Fluke a year or so ago, the best recommendation that I remember getting was a WaveTek Meterman 37XR, which I was told was made by Fluke at that time (or something like that). Apparently other changes have again taken place, and Wavetek is now known as Amprobe. Here is a link to their version of the Wavetek (full function- capacitance and inductance)37XR. For $115.00, it seems hard to beat. You might want to investigate to see if this new version is as good as the old was reported to be. Better yet, you may be able to find the original version even cheaper. Several people recommended it to me.Good Luck, Regards, wpod
