Greetings- Not entirely sure what you are asking, are you sure that you don't mean a 5Z3? If this is what you meant, the 5Z3 is a four pin tube and a 5Y3 is an octal base rectifier.I beleive that a type 80 and type 83 have the same pinout as the 5Z3, but will have different filament current draw as well as other different parameters. Go to the duncan amps website (TDSL) and you can find anything that you need to know. Good luck, regards, wpod
