OK,

damper diodes are nice, but from my SE experience MV tubes slay them :-) small amount of bias here... and i thought PP amps were not sensitive to the ps ;-)

two things to try.

ditch the bypass cap across the cathode resistor of the outputs...

if you like that, scrap the resistor and replace it with a series string of chokes that add up to the 700 ohms you need, ps chokes are fine.

and here it a wacky third thing to try.... remove the last bypass cap of the PS so all you have is the choke...it probably won't work, a CL supply will be better, but for class A we don't want that cap there.
