Kevin over on the K&K Audio forum sells a CCS "kit". Consists of a MOSFET, small PC board, 2 resistors and appropriate heat sink for about $10. I'm using a pair on the cathodes of the long-tailed 6SN7 drivers in the Eico HF-89 that I modded and rebuilt. Very easy to adjust to your current requirements, just make sure the heatsink is adequate for your application.
