Yes, Z5U and Y5P are commonly used dielectrics for ceramic capacitors, such as those shown in my original link. They are generally not used for non ceramic capacitors.
'Snubbers' are not commonly used. How are you connecting the caps? Are the four diodes in the bridge discrete (seperate), or included in a single package?
