A good DC heater supply of either "6" or "12" V. (your choice) is needed.
Clean, very well filtered, or regulated "250" V. B+ is needed. Lots of ways to get that. Each of the gain blocks is thoroughly decoupled.
The budget high performance PSU schematic Jeff and I came up with is provided, along with the signal schematic. Pseudo dual mono B+ improves channel separation.
Good quality industrial parts are fine, as Paul stated.
