I bought a power transformer from him this spring. I'm in the states and knew going in that it would take a bit of time. I paid for the transformer with Paypal in April and sent monthly reminders. Every time there was a new excuse and the promise that my transformer would go out that week. The excuses were quite imaginative and sufficiently believable that you had some hope. After 4 months I threatened to contact Paypal and complain. Within 2 weeks my transformer was shipped. I had asked for a pewter transformer and got a black one, but at this stage I'm not sending it back. It actually looks like a nice transformer, its just the way of doing business thats annoying. So they will ship eventually but it may take a bit of a threat to get them moving. I'd write to them saying you will complain to every agency imaginable including Ebay, the post office or whatever means he said he would use for shipping, and whatever means you used to pay.
Good luck.
