You seem to forget that this is a public forum, open to all comers. There is no such thing as "qualifications to post" (which is just as well for you).
The way "Testing123" writes demonstrates articulacy and depth of knowledge. I don't see why you choose to mention JLH - what do his qualifications have to do with your pointless questions, anyway?
