A few things:
255 Zo on the Power Transformer is
quite high - 50 is more realistic
As mentioned before the 157G will not handle
the current demand for that inductor.
157L as specified in the schematic will.
If you want the 30mV ripple then an LCLC
is definitely called for as shown above
It has a 12.4mV ripple and 20uFd caps !
