At 15uf (as a cathode bypass cap value for the 2a3 output tube) there will be current feedback applied to the output tube at the lower frequencies but not at the higher frequencies.

That current feedback will increase the plate resistance of the 2a3 output tube at the lower frequencies and lower the damping factor of the amplifier (it will increase the output impedance of the amplifier).

Lowering the damping factor lowers the amplifiers ability to control the movement of the woofer cone. "Damping Factor (DF) is the amplifier's ability to control speaker motion once a signal has stopped."
