Use the 2 sine test function on ARTA.
Mullard Tube Circuits books has a section on testing for IMD, beat note distortion, etc. and what 2 sine frequencies to use.
RCA tube manuals might have some info on IMD testing as well.
You will probably want to have a scope hooked up to look at the amplitude of the output signal.
