"Why would/should anyone care whether or not the MLP trusts them?"

If someone wants to become an MLP member or learn online from them, that person must be a trusted contact.

Those contacts have to be trusted with esoteric SE tube amplifier design secrets and not be distributing those ideas to hostile parties or have any associations them.
