RE: exceptions

Everything was inspected by building code
inspectors, and more than OK'd.

The State electrical inspector called that
"the best I've ever seen".

My only point was to encourage readers here
to realize that they can do things really well--
if you're not experienced at something, utilize
someone who is so experienced that it's right there
in his head.
