So...your wiring, both kind, gage, routing, how much do you think it matters?

I bet it could possibly be measured( due to routing ), but if you suggest it is a lot, the design needs help.

Of course, you come back with a design that could not care less about such things is poor from the start, and can't possibly perform at the level your 'sensitive' design can.
