RE: Problem with Small Hammond Transformers and Chokes

I use rubber grommets from a hardware store with washers. Drill the chassis to accommodate. It helps keep things from buzzing, too. The chokes and transformers end up with very slight elevation from the chassis; in your case, maybe not much elevation. Toothed washers will hold things tight and provide a way to add a ring connector ground lead to the choke/transformer frame if you want that.
