RE: Unstable SRPP

You realize that's not actually SRPP, right? The stage isn't properly loaded, so the two sections aren't operating ing anti-phase. It's just a totem pole that's essentially wasting half the B+.

C2 and R11 are much too large. Try 0.22 and 220K.

Why is there a 300 ohm resistor in series with the B+ to the OPT?

If you include the 47uF caps in parallel with the 2.2uF caps in the schematic, it won't confuse people. I do the same, a 2.2uF or 4.7uF at the various stages for local bypassing. No reason to separate them from the PS caps in the schematic though.

Does it oscillate without NFB?

Are you using a star ground?
