which of course means different parts or parts count at least

'what physical changes inside the capacitor have actually taken place'

my understanding is that it's the relative permittivity of the dielectric as it reacts to heat ... I thought that my EE cousin had mentioned an electromagnetic effect in some types, I'll try and remember to ask him
