ARTA measurement system for 2021 ?

Looks like the ESI Juli 24/192K soundcard I have been using for ARTA measurements has sustained damage and is no longer useful for measurements.

Failure mode was a broken ground connection on RCA input jack. The soundcard will still output a signal but will not input a signal properly from the DUT/amp.

Continuing to run a measurement system on legacy XP OS and hardware seem dubious going into the future.

Is anyone using ARTA with Windows 10?

What motherboard/processor and soundcard/measurement interface?
