RE: SE 6V6 with EF86/6267 driver : anyone build this one?

Can you believe it - I'm still using that as my main amplifier! In all this time, there's only been one failure, and it was totally a fluke (the internal connection between the tube pin and cathode opened on a 6X5). Anyway, the 6BQ5 screen is connected to main B+ (bottom of the OPT) through a 5K resistor. It uses a 22uF cap for decoupling. The other channel is completely separate from this except for the mains connection. Each has its own PS. Sorry, I don't have a complete schematic with all the values in electronic format. Guess I should do that one of these days. :)
