You have a +2.5v bias on the first stage, and it will draw plenty of grid current. Reduce the 22mA current source to 2.2mA, and increase the plate resistors from 24k to 240k, and it might work ... :^)

Better yet, look on the web for the "Fi Primer", and study the 6CK4 direct coupled push-pull amp. It's quite similar to your design.
