Miltary parts are rated at a higher operating temperature, so they have a lower power rating for the same size. The 65 size is rated for 1/2W (mil) or 1 watt (CMF) The 55 size is 1/4W (mil), but 1/2W at reasonable temperatures. Just watch that 250V rating...
