RE: what it is???

Output transformer, probably for for a tape recorder or communications receiver. Three windings, two are marked. Apply 6.3V to the 600 Ohm winding, measure between B+ and Plate terminals, and find the step-up ratio. That ratio squared is the impedance ration. So if it's 19V, that's 3:1 and impedance ratio is 9:1, 600 * 9 is 4500, add winding resistance and it's about 5K.

Since it's single-ended, you could use the primary for choke (60 mA or less) - it's likely a few Henries.
