The classic Williamson circuit with 807s... A very good output transformer is required, but there are ways to compensate for a lessor one, such as reducing global feedback and adding some local feedback. The 500 mA transformer will power two of these nicely... about 50 mA per output tube at idle, not much more for peak. But I'd use two rectifiers - one per channel.
