So many tubes to choose from! I lashed together an ECC99/2A3 on my ever-changing project amp last night and it sounds pretty good. Needs some drive from a preamp though. I have been pondering a 27/ECC99/2A3. Maybe direct couple the first stages.Never enough time in the day for breadboarding....
