I just noticed you said Eico ST-70. My previous post refers to Dynaco ST-70. I do not have a schematic for the Eico ST-70. I do have schematics for other Eicos, (HF-20, HF-60, HF-86), and they all use a small cap in parallel with the feedback resistor. If yours is like these, the same applies.
