Use a 12DW7 and a 12AU7 in each monoblock. Wire 1 amp to use section 1 of the 12AU7 and the other amp to use section 2 of the 12AU7. When the 12AU7 sections in use reach the end of their service lives, exchange the tubes between the 2 amps; you buy a new pair of 'U7s every other time you retube.
