I'll dig my Eico HF-22 out early next week and give you wire colors. The Trans was used with the HF-22 @ 22Watts and HF-35 @ 35Watts. Has 4,8,16 and ground outs. The schematic shown on the Eico Yahoo site doesn’t list colors.
