I see the Eico HF-89 schematic in manual supplied by Eico and I want to build that circuit with different PS. But I can't find a Sam's Photofact for HF89 with voltages anywhere. But at least the Eico manual has suggested voltages (shown). Looks like the EL34s are run pretty hard. I will use a separate small transformer for the Bias -38V.
Am I right to understand that .63 V measured at the 10ohm cathode resistor (pin 8) indicates 63mA per tube? That's a lot - and presumably 1V - 100mA at full volume?! (acc to chart).Pete
