Your thinking is correct.

Since both tubes are sharing the same cathode resistor, each tube is passing half the current (assuming perfect tube matching). So you are correct. 10 volts across 160 ohms causes a 62.5mA current. The tubes share the current, we assume equally, so 31mA per tube.
