Too much hassle, I have around 700 Ohm DCR in the gridcircuit (transfomer & gridstopper) and the grid is well below 1mV and thus below 1uA.

It does not worry me. I was worrid it may lead to too much non-linearity but 'scope & fft are clean enough, sounds great too.

Decent phonostages are wasted on MM Pickups anyway. No point sinking nearly $ 1,000 in parts into a Phonostage and the using it with a V-15 or the like.
