Cooledit

I used used Cooledit for this. Its a general purpose WAV editor, but also has a decent spectral analysis app.

There are several Spectral packages on the market, but they all cost money and I already had Cooledit .

The one big thing that the specific spectral packages do that Cooledit does not is to allow you to zoom into a specific frequency range, with Cooledit you see the whole audio range and thats it. They also calculate things like THD for you automatically.
