Most of the info on these V/Ts specifies that the deflection electrodes are driven with a balanced signal.If driven with a single ended signal as in your original post this is logically equivalent to a balanced signal with the same amplitude between phases plus a common mode signal equal to half this amplitude.
I have not yet found a specific reference to the CMRR at the deflection electrodes. The Knight article mentions that there is some effect and that it of the same kind as the effect of beam plates in a tetrode but no mention of the degree.
