russian 6aq5(6p1p)

Hey.
I've made 6p1p(rusian 6aq5) pushpull amplifer.
But I've found something very qurious.
When switched on, plate current of 6p1p increses very slowly and finally always converges to same bias point(-63V) under any configurations.

My amplifier is built in following configurations.
10K output transformer, Eb=210v(273-63), self bias(Rk=400ohm, share both parts), auto balanced phase split(using 12by7).

I varied cathode resistor from 180ohm to 500ohm, and output impedece from 10K to 20K.

At final, plate current is 75mA - 100mA per tube, which supercede the allowable heat dissipation of 6p1p.
Sound is good and has very powerfull base.

I think this phenomina shows the typical characteristic of self bias configration.

BTW I expectd 6p1p is very close to 6aq5 or 6v6, but 6p1p seemed something quite different form 6aq5.
Any responces will be appreciated.
