Here goes: consider a PP output stage running nicely in class A. Each tube sees some load. (the magnitude of the load is not relavent.) While operating on class A each tube sees some load.Now suppose you remove one of the tubes - just unplug it. Does the other tube notice a change in load? Does it notice any difference at all? (forget about DC in the core, this does not apply...)
The answer should be as simple as, "yes, the tube still in the circuit notices a change." Or, "no, it doesn't notice a change."
