At the selected operating, if expanded to PSE you will only get 14 Watt (that is around 1.5db less level than 20 Watt) but sounding much better. Output Load should be 2k5 appx for PSE 300B, operation 350V/60mA per Valve.

Excessively stressful operating point for
B makes sound "white", plus you used absolutely awfull driver Valves.Sayonara
