Christian Rintelen has a 56 -> IT -> 45 amp on his website: "www.rintelen.ch" You will have to search around a bit, it is under "aMorph", and he uses it a a mid-range amp for a TAD 4001/Altec 15" woofer horn system (Blue Thunder" that was described in a middle issue of Sound Practices (perhaps volume 8 or 11).
