RE: SE 45's in stereo : tube ghetto...

Well, since I have not made the drive to Montana yet, I have no way of knowing how high the bar has been set.

But I like what I am hearing from my last two breadboards: the SE 6CB5 active parafeed and the SE 45's with DC filaments have dead silent backgrounds.

Perfect for High EF speakers. No bee swarms at idle.
