Driver overload?

You have 0.78 Vrms = 2.2 Vpp on the input, which is quite high. If the driver output clips before 90 Vpp into the 45 output, the driver is clipping before the 45 distortion gets there. You then are measuring the distortion of the driver much more than the 45's contribution.

The 45 doesn't distort that much unless operated away from the published operating point. Which is another possibility.
