You made an error in a calculation because typically you want to divide the output secondary voltage into the input primary voltage which would be 252 divided by 5.6 which would be 45.Now,since you are using the 8 ohm tap,you multiply 45 X8 and that 360 which is way too low for an EL84 PP circuit. We are not figuring the UL tap impedance but just the plate impedance.
Amendment. 45x45 2.025*8 + 16.2k and that seems high for EL84s but I could be wrong.
