Nonsense ! What about driving miller capacitance . Not what I found at all , sorry . Look at my previous posts discussing LW style drivers .

Also nonsense . What about the change in operating point at higher currents ? You must have coined this terminology yourself as I cannot find any mention of this in books or on the net
