...errr I've built a curve tracer as per the design by Alan Douglas so need need for all those batteries and other junk . I don't know where you get your info but at the lower end of the curves is where I find the mismatching occurs . You can find matched pairs that test within 5% at standard operating points which have a much greater mismatch at lower currents . I'm talking triodes BTW .
