It looks like the 6X4 is a 70 mA. type. That implies the the P-T270CAX is appropriate. The 7Y4 Locktal base is an inexpensive 6.3 VAC heater rectifier suitable for use with that trafo.I'm unfamiliar with Barbour's circuit. Would it be possible to wire the 2 45 filaments in series and use a shared RC bias network connected from the junction of the 2 filaments to ground. That arrangement would allow the Hammond trafo to provide for all needs.
