Lyrec is a touch machine, from what I know, and it is far more modern, if you consider something like Frida... but it is also expensive to maintain in the US, as far as I know. It is a sexy machine, and it is on the short list of models for me to acquire. Maybe some day... they don't pop op here all that often.

I calibrate my machines myself, it is not that hard to do. Here's the result of one such recent calibration - on Pioneer RT-2022.

I can play either EQ, but most high quality pre-recorded tapes come in IEC.
